When you log into the Hy-In, in the Learning Management System (LMS) for your courses, you’ll see a small envelope next to your name. Here one of the messages will be your final report.
I’m doing this because some of the e-mails I’m sending are not being received by students, and they’re being bounced back to me.
Why is my attendance grade 13/15 when I didn’t miss class?
All students start at a base number of 13 for attendance. Then I lower that number if there were absences above 2, or raise it if there were extra credits. This is how I mathematically calculate grades, and I compensate later by scaling up all the grades.
Final papers for English Soc & Lit 1 and Contemporary British Novels
I’m running behind in responding to your e-mails. So the deadline for all papers is extended to Friday, June 13 at NOON. You can leave the papers in a box by my office door (7-525).
- I will be gone in the early afternoon on Friday. If your papers are not there by then, they will be marked as late.
- I will not accept e-mailed papers. All papers must be printed on paper.
- The extra-credit readings will still be in Thursday’s class.
Again: Do not e-mail your paper to me. I will not accept it.
