I have used copyright clip art on this non-commercial personal website for entertainment and educational purposes only. All software files on this site are my own, freeware, or otherwise in the public domain. Any complaints may be directed to the above e-mail address and any takedown notices will be complied with.

All audio and video files on this site are my own recordings of original material, except for a) cover versions of copyright recordings, b) public domain music, c) short clips of copyright recordings used as background music in spoken-language recordings, or d) short, low-fidelity clips of copyright recordings under 30 seconds. There are no illegal mp3 or video files on this site. No monies are made or collected by these files.

All original music and video I have created is free for personal, non-commercial use.

Several of my travel pictures appear on Wikipedia. I photographed all of them and release them freely for use under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
